Answers to your frequently asked questions

Do you charge a call out fee?

No, never.

Do you charge to quote?

Definitely not.

What is your hourly rate?

We normally charge a fixed price for the work we do so you don’t need to worry about any hidden surprises. It also doesn’t matter to you then if our tradesman needs to take a phone call on his phone or stop work for any other reason as you are paying a fixed price.

Can you take away our old kitchen appliances?

Sure, we can organise that for you.  We donate them all to charity to be used as scrap metal.

Can you organise other trades for us?

Yes we can – we work with a variety of other associated trades all the time including painters, cabinetmakers, plumbers, gas fitters, and builders.  We have a small, trusted group of other trades that we can organise for you.‍

Are you insured?

Of course – in order to hold an Electrical Contractors Licence we must provide a copy of our Public Liability & Products Liability Insurance to the Department of Justice & Attorney General.  Electrical Contractors Licences must be renewed every year.

Do you work outside business hours?

Yes.
